Prabhakara Rao is a Chartered Accountant by profession and entrepreneur by choice. He is a seasoned financial professional who brings in 20 years of financial, industrial expertise and specialization including strategic planning & development of business model. He played key role in the Financing Strategy, Corporate Planning and Risk management and contributed to the company’s rapid growth in turnover and profitability. He is a Board Director for a Logistics and Transport Management Company, Promoter for an IT/ITES Company engaged in IT Infrastructure Management, Security Solutions and OTT Services. He has varied exposure in Agro based Seed Industry, Bulk Drug and Large Scale Dairy Industries.

Group Captain MJ Vinod Augustine (Retd), VSM

Group Captain MJ Vinod Augustine was commissioned into the Fighter stream on 13 Jun 92 and retired in 2019, having been conferred with the Vishist Seva Medal by the President of India in 2015. He has flown Mirage 2000, MiG 21, Kiran and HPT 32 aircraft, accumulating over 5,500 hours of flying experience. A qualified Flying Instructor, he is a graduate of the College of Air Warfare where he completed the Higher Air Command Course, earned an M.Phil degree, and was retained as an instructor while pursuing his PhD — working closely on developing Wargaming and Simulation systems for full-scale war simulation. He is an alumnus of the College of Defence Management and a graduate of the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, where he earned his M.Sc. A trained Air Accident Investigator, he has trained on Airport Development & Project Management from IIM Shillong and on UNIX, C & C Data Structures from IIT Kharagpur.

A pioneering UAV innovator, he designs drones around a payload using the philosophy of 'Right Tool for the Right Job'. His drones operate successfully in some of the highest terrains in the world. His drone was adjudged the best innovation of the year for 2018 by the Air Chief, and his Swarm Drones & MALE UAV received the Skoch Award in 2020. He has been commended by the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief twice. A trained Paratrooper Sky Diver, Scuba Dive Master and Deep-Sea Rescue Diver, he has extensively travelled across the Middle East, South East Asia, and Europe to meet customers and pitch products, building a strong network and working relationships within the drone and allied industries.

CVSN Murthy

CVSN Murthy is an established veteran in the IT industry. He had rich and hands-on experience of over 40 years in IT and Communications. Murthy holds Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and M Tech in Neural Networks. Murthy had contributed extensively to the growth of ACS during his tenure as Managing Director for 25 years. He has started his career with a reputed management institute, Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI). He also had an association with Tera Software, KMC Constructions and Cosyn as Head of IT and Data Management Services. He is also an active Council member of Gerson and Lehrman Group(GLG), USA.

Srinivasan Neti

Srinivasan Neti is a professional with over 30 years of corporate experience in the Indian industry. He did his MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and B.Tech from MS University, Baroda. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and championed several Six Sigma projects. He has spent the early part of his career with Blow Plast Ltd. and RPG Cellular (now Aircel) mainly in the Sales function. In 1998, he joined Brigade Corporation, a US based BPO firm and built the India operations from scratch to over 4,000 employees across 5 delivery centers. Then he shifted focus in 2009 to the education sector and was the Country Head of Laurus EduTech, one of India’s premier skill development organizations. In 2011, he joined the renowned Ryan International Group of Institutions as COO, where he currently oversees the operations of the group’s schools.

Dr. Swarna Subba Rao

Dr. Swarna Subba Rao brings a wealth of expertise across multiple sectors to ACS Technologies. As the former Surveyor General of India, he has made significant contributions to geospatial science and national development projects. Dr. Rao holds an M.Tech from NIT Warangal and is highly respected for his leadership in implementing state-of-the-art technology for surveying and mapping in India. He has advised on various technology-driven initiatives, with a deep understanding of data management, infrastructure development, and national planning.

Anitha Alokam has vast experience in the fields of administration and human resources management. Complex processes of employee hiring, training, performance appraisals have been simplified by Anitha Alokam by introducing dynamic employee review system. Inventory management, procurement and administrative work flows are exclusively created and managed by her.
